NewGen IEDC scheme was awarded to National Engineering College in the academic year 2017-18. The NEC NewGen IED centre is established at NEC campus and successfully completed two academic years and thereby developed 25 commercially viable products.
- 22 patents were filed from the outcomes of the projects.
